Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests for our metal model kits under the following conditions:

Unassembled Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Note: Due to the nature of DIY collectibles, once the protective seal of the internal parts or magnetic components is broken, or if the model has been partially assembled, it is no longer eligible for a standard return as it cannot be resold.
