You can use either of the following methods:

1. Printable Ring Sizer / Ruler Method

• Place your current ring on a ruler.

• Measure the inner diameter in millimeters (mm).

• Match the mm value to the ring size chart below.

2. String / Paper Method

• Wrap a piece of string or a thin strip of paper around your finger at the base.

• Mark where the string overlaps.

• Measure the length with a ruler (mm).

• Compare the measurement with the chart below.

Tips for Accurate Measurement

• Measure your finger at the end of the day, when it’s largest.

• Avoid measuring when your hands are cold or very hot.

• For more precision, visit a local jeweler for professional sizing.

• If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

Eligibility for Returns

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry items are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at service@omyeese.com within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for return

2. Our support team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions

3. The return shipment must be sent within 7 days after receiving return approval

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund according to this policy

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is 5–10 business days after inspection
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
