Measure the inner diameter in millimeters (mm).
Match the mm value to the ring size chart below.
2. String / Paper Method
Wrap a piece of string or a thin strip of paper around your finger at the base.
Mark where the string overlaps.
Measure the length with a ruler (mm).
Compare the measurement with the chart below.
