Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been officially shipped.
Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Our processing includes:
- Order verification & security check.
- Detailed quality inspection of precision metal components and magnetic parts.
- Secure shock-proof packaging to ensure your model arrives in perfect condition.
(Please note: Shipping time does not include the 1-3 days processing time.)
Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Before Shipment: You may request a cancellation or change within 12 hours of order placement.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number issued, we are unable to modify, cancel, or redirect the shipment. Please double-check all shipping details before completing your purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination, and are clearly displayed at checkout before you make a payment. (Optional: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50!)
Important Notes
- Delays: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather conditions, or incorrect address information.
- Non-Arrival: If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipment, please contact us immediately at service@omyeese.com.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with an active tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
