Refund policy

At OMYEESE, we are committed to providing high-quality magnetic metal model kits for enthusiasts and collectors. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests for our metal model kits under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unassembled Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Note: Due to the nature of DIY collectibles, once the protective seal of the internal parts or magnetic components is broken, or if the model has been partially assembled, it is no longer eligible for a standard return as it cannot be resold.
  • Completeness: All original parts, tools (if included), certificates, and packaging must be returned in their original, pristine state.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been fully or partially assembled.
  • Items with missing parts due to customer mishandling during assembly.
  • Customized or engraved models (unless they arrive defective or damaged).

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email service@omyeese.com within 30 days of delivery. Please provide your Order Number and a brief description/photos of the reason for the return.
  2. Review: Our support team will review your request and provide the correct return address and detailed instructions via email.
  3. Shipment: Once the return is confirmed by our team, the package must be sent back within 7 days. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without a valid tracking number.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the kit at our facility to ensure all precision metal parts are intact, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: It usually takes 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after our warehouse inspects the returned kit.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Missing, Damaged, or Defective Parts

Since our models consist of numerous precision-engineered components, we have a dedicated customer-first policy for part issues:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If the outer box or internal components arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will dispatch replacement parts or a brand-new kit at no extra cost to you.
  • Missing Parts: If you discover a missing part during your assembly process, don't worry! Please contact us immediately, and we will ship the missing component to you completely free of charge.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for "change of mind" or "accidental order" returns.
  • Our Responsibility: OMYEESE will cover all return shipping fees or provide a free replacement if the item arrives defective, significantly damaged, or incorrect.
